The former bishop of the 3rd Ward and his wife had us over for dinner, along with another couple from the ward. We had all been fully vaccinated so it was nice to have a fairly normal night out for the first time since the pandemic hit. They live in an apartment building on Pennsylvania Avenue between the capitol building and the White House. The building has a nice setup on the roof where we ate dessert. Here we are with the capitol in the background.
